What to do if you get stiffed buying stuff from the internet?

Indigo/Chapters website, I bought two books before and they arrived withing days.

In that case I'd ask for the shipment number (or whatever is relevant) and check with the service that was supposed to ship your order. It might just have gotten lost and still be in the mail.

First off you check. The shipping service. If they have no record than complain to the company.

If you used a credit card then your credit card company will cover you against fraud. The chances are they're just incompetent. No suck luck for debit cards...
