What type of RAM do i have?

People have been saying i have ddr2 and ddr..i want to know which type of ram i have?! how can i find out?

i have a
hp pavilion t690.uk
PCI-E mobo
ASUSTek motherboard.

find out the ram clock speed, 266, 333, and 400 (DDR rates) would be DDR anthign faster probably DDR2. correct me if im wrong

ok i looked on cpu-z and it says
"module size 512mbytes"
"max bandwidth pc3200(200mhz)
"Manufactuer Infineon"

So i have ddr memory?
