Yes Muskrat, everytime you make a purcahse (ex: HL2 Packages or CS:CZ) it auto matically registers the CDKey for that purchase (yuou never really see it) to your account name (aka: your login information) so you can unstinstall and rmove games as muc has you want and just install them again. Steam will auto detect that you are "yourloginname" and allow you all the stuff that you legally owned
