What would you do if you get bullied

Guys...I really need some help on this one...
One day we during P.E. this bully from my class came up to me and punched me twice for no reason...and then I punched him back, the teacher didn't see this because he was...well I have no idea where the hell he was at the time...Anyways, that news spread around the school pretty fast, after school he and a bunch of guys (Even one guy with a motercycle came to drag me somewhere quiet) came to beat the snot out of me...
Luckly I was a fast runner and ran back to the school entrace where there was a bunch of school care tackers and I managed to call my mom and she came and picked me up, and she knows everything and told the teacher...they seem to be making it much worse

Today he wants my money, so I gaved him 20 bucks to stay off my ass, he did...for today...and I'm afraid other bullies are going to try and do the same...

I seriously need some help, please say anything that might help as soon as possible, I'm only 13, too young to die...

I did tell everyone who I COULD tell, but when they beat the snot out of me, its too damn late. They need prove to get the kid into some place to lock him up, and I'm afraid by that time...I'll be dead.

Talk to someone about it. Teachers, parents. Tell them you gave the bully 20bucks, just to show how serious it is.

Don't let them get away with it. Never give them anything. You can't let them feel rewarded for treating someone bad in that way, or they'll just come back tomorrow and ask for 40 bucks.

screw the teachers ..go straight to the principle and demand something be done or you'll go to the school board ..dont pussy foot around ..tell your parents you're scared you'll be beaten to death

oh and never give him money. If he asks you for money go straight to the principle and tell him exactly how much he asked for ..that is enough to get him expelled in most zero-tolerant school boards.

Second...Things are a bit different in China...
If I go to the principle, the princible will warn that person, if that person gets expelled...Hes got other friends in school(Most I don't even know), so I'm in constant danger...Also he might know some others who arn't even going to school, whose got nothing to do but make peoples lifes worse, so they WILL help him....

2. Bullies are humans too, vey insecure and mean-hearted ones, but humans nevertheless. You need to scare them, not the halloween way, but by doing as Stern said and contacting the principal, and I would even suggest the police.
3. Learn a martial art, not so much for the ability to fight (although that helps) but you learn how to deal with those kinds of people, and you get cred (bullies don't really want to attack kids on karate, no matter how skinny or small, simply because they want easy targets.) I don't recommend kung-fu or similar "dance" martial arts, take something practical like Karate, Jujitsu or Judo even.

immediatley - go to your parents, go to your best friend's parents, go to your teacher/s
you have nothing to fear for fixing this problem so what if he has other friends in the school if they **** with you you sort that out too
you have a right to life, happiness and security so use that right
bullies are insecure assholes - they know fear better than you do
scare them with a show of force by getting parents or teachers or even your classmates involved and they will never bother you ever again

Even if it's in China, I think going to the principle will still work.

Tell the principle that if you get harmed, it will give his school a bad reputation, and the local government will get to hear about it.

They'll probably protect you really well after that.

Tell them their parents will get fined if they touch you. I think parents in the UK can get fined just for their kids skiving school.

Bullies are pussies at the end of the day. There are always a posse of about 7 of them standing around in corridors at my college. They take up the entire corridor with no consideration for people trying to get past. I don't even try to slide through gaps to get past, I just barge straight through whoever's in the way. If they touch me they'll see what happens. I have 0 tolerance for them.

no that wont happen ...look the only way to get rid of the problem is to confront it ..sure you might get beaten up for going to the principle/police but if you dont do anything it'll just get worse. At least if you go to the authorities he'll think twice before beating you up again because you'll just report him again and again till he stops.

If your safety is at risk, then don't put it on the back burner, its important.

Tell your teacher, again and again and again, keep telling them till they ACTUALLY do something proper about it, same with the principal or head teacher of your school. Don't give up, its for your sakes and they should be helping you out till a point where you feel ok.

Yeah, ask your uncle if there is anything you can do to make a news report on bullies in schools. Tell the principle that you are prepared to goto the newspapers if you get hurt by this bully. Tell him you need to be protected against the bullys, they are affecting your school work.

If the school doesn't want their reputation destroyed by the newspapers, they will protect you.

These people are basically cowards, so if you stand up to them each time, report them each time, don't give them any money or satisfaction, they will stop.

If your confronted by these bullies, do show any weakness, they will take advantage of you. I'd do what Stern said, go to the principle and tell him your situation. If he gets expelled, his friends are less likely to lay a finger on you (fearing being expelled themselves). How old are these guys?

Try to avoid fighting, getting the teachers and your parents to sort it out is the best option, but do not give them money or anything.

If they step over the line into physical violence, you are very entitled to fight dirty. Find out where the sensitive areas of the human body are, hit them in these places and run away. But violence is a last resort, only fight if it is the only thing possible. It's better to run if you can.

Never let them corner you or surround you. If you think you will meet them, go into a crowded area, where there are adults (such as teachers). Don't let them get you in a lonely isolated place.

Telling everyone you can. That's the best idea. Your school will not keep bullies if they think they will lose respect and reputation.

If you ever are surrounded, and it looks like its going to get violent, go for the ringleader, hit him very aggresivly, the others will think twice about continuing.

I would tell the police, its the best option, and press charges - NEVER let anyone of the hook.

Giving him more money is only going to guarentee his return. If he know's you'll give him oney everytime he'll ask for it, he'll use you as an ATM. Show him that your not going to back down if he tries to fight you and that will show him that you won't take his abuse, making him wan't to find someone else to bully, but try not to aggrivate or verbally assualt him, but then don't let him do the same. His bark is probably worse than his bite. The hardest part is getting through the nervousness and throwing that first punch, after that it get's actually adrenaline pumping and fun. Remember the only thing to fear, is fear itself.
