It would amuse me greatly. I have no interest whatsoever in Duke Nukem but i want to buy the game for the sole purpose of having it after its been in development so long.

I think I would buy the game, then I would replace the "footstep.wav" with Duke Nukem saying "Balls", and my "jump.wav" with him saying "Balls of steel".
