Having a good internet connection would mean nothing to me. Programs on my computer would still run like crap, a computer is more than a gaming device, it is used for business and other things that don't really require the internet.
For example, Microsoft Word doesn't require an internet connection but it couldn't hurt if you had one, if you wish to send it to someone via email, you still wouldn't need a super powerful connection.
If I had to choose, I would go for the computer, but I would choose to be a super office ninja if I could.

Since all servers had to have the same speed for me to be satisfied, I don't think it would be such a big profit with the worlds best connection. I'd have to go with the computer here.

Internet connectiong. Even though I have really good speed now(150-350k but usually averages at 200k) but I can't play games online. *shakes fist at ISP* After downloading an OS(Linux) and drivers and junk for it tonight, which accounts to over 2GBs of data, I can easily say that the fastest internet in the world would be freaking awesome.
My putter computer can handle what I do for now

Those were dark days. I would probably go without internet than go back to dial-up. Having to wait longer for a page to load than it does for the new DotA to load(exagerated but still) is something terrible.
What good would a super computer be if you couldn't download anything for it, like updates to Steam and windblows.

Computer, then i can rent it out during the night to governments around the world, undercutting the super computer people by half, and i mine would still be faster . With that money, i could then afford optical fibre, which would be gigabit a second, woohoo.

Specs all the way, my connection is fine to me, not the best but alright. PC is worse off than the connection though. Logically should be connection as computers are bettered much quicker.

Specs. You cant really download 1gb/sec even if you would have a gigabit connection. But there cannot ever be too much frames per second...

This is almost the most pointles poll ever. It doesn't actually say best connection, it just says best internet, which could mean a million things - All porn becomes free, all games are available to download for free, all moves are available to download for free, all music is available to download for free, free .com domain names, e-mail services with 1,000,000 GB attachment sizes, and free professional website hosting.

Tell me you'd rather play HL2 at full spec than have all that. Plus you'd have to wait for the games that look good to be made, and current games would probably run 100x too fast since your processor clocks at 1,000,000,000ghz.
