what you do when you are really stressed

Stretch
Play quake 3 (most of the time when I'm stressed it's cause of css)
Music
But most of the time I just get myself to calm down.
 
1. Masturbate
2. Listen to music and go for a run
3. Gym
4. Have a shot or two of liquor
5. Have a smoke.
 
I make bombs in my little shack and send them to airlines and universities.
 
I kick the shit out of my neighbor's 4 year old autistic son's cat. All. Day. Long.

Ok, I'm not that horrible...Scrubs is the cure for everything imo.
 
I rag the shit out of my bike. Bouncing off the rev limiter + scraping the footpegs round bends = big smiles and bliss.
 
I usually throw stuff around, punch stuff.. I don't know if I'm a good person to be around when I'm angry/stressed. I get violent - which is why I go outside when I'm pissed, I don't want to break something valuable like a console or punch a hole through the wall..
 
I usually get stressed at work, so I walk into the freezer (work in a restaurant) and yell ****!! really loud.

If i'm at home I just walk up to my normal freezer and yell into it. Even though my mom looks at me like i'm insane, I feel much better.

Stare at the ceiling
Paintball
etc.

5. try to sleep

I wish I could sketch or write while I'm feeling really low or angry. But I can't. It can be really hopeless sometimes. Only a few times can I listen to music or watch movies. It would have to be a song that really relates to my situation. Alcohol probably be a good answer if all the above fails. Life sure can suck sometimes. But we cant control what happens. Thats what mainly frustrates us.

Nothing beats toppling empires, and slaughtering 3000+ men while only loosing 500 of your own.

Thats what I did today actually.

some guy in my school punched a window and it just shattered, then he attempted to wrestle a small plant, 2 days ago. He was looking really pissed. Was quite scary..

I usually go play on my drum set for 3-5 hours after I get home, then I'm too tired to be stressed, and 5 hours of hitting something with all the strength you got, especially with a stick is very stress relieving. :D
 
Worst I've done is punch the wall til I started to have trouble moving my fingers. That hurt for some time after that. Second to that, alcohol, but most of the time I just let it fester inside me until it manifests itself as a mental illness.
 
If i'm really stressed or angry I go for a drive over the moors.

Wank/organise some sex
Drink and/or smoke
Rant
 
If there is no one else around I will either start playing Metallica really loudly and/or start hitting things I know I won't break or breaking things I know I won't regret (I've never lost self-control)
