The past 2 weeks I've really hitting the weights super hard. Everyday i goto the school gym and bust my balls.
Im taking creatine, glutamine and whey protien. I'm trying to reach my original weight during the summer time, and im nearly there, except theres a difference.
Ive become extremely aggressive. I've always been a blunt individual, but lately ive been down right nasty. I've been a real asshole to everyone, getting in fights and its harder than usual to control myself around girls. Why would I become so aggressive now when before I wasnt even close to like this?
Everyone keeps on asking me if im taking steriods because of my mood, body, and flare ups of acne.

Why are you working out so hard?

Keep it simple, seriously. If you're dropping weight then change your diet before going crazy with exercise. Wanna lose weight quickly? Then fast and then go raw for the time being. This works pretty well for clearing out toxins (might get rid of your attitude too) quickly:

Per 1 c. of water combine these:
2 tbsp of fresh lemon or lime juice
1 or 2 tbsp of organic maple syrup and some cayenne pepper

Drink this mixture throughout each day for as long as it takes. First three days will be hard if you've never done it before but it gets better from there. I've heard that if properly prepared you can go a year doing this. Hah, off topic but I found it interesting.

Your body is reaching is sexual peak no doubt, training hard and your body will start pumping you full of hormones to make you into a man-beast that can rip apart 5 other men in a fight, pleasure 10 women AT THE SAME TIME, eat a whole deer and then sleep for 12 hours.

Whilst it makes you extremely hostile it does however divert body energy to muscle building, which is what i presume you want.

About 6 months ago i started having a lot more testosterone, i got extremely aggressive, i've had to have fights with mates to let it out, chest hair suddenly doubled in thickness on my chest, arms and legs but i've added a fair few KG to my exercises.

You go every day? Congratulations - you're wasting your time! Your muscles need around 24-36 hours to rebuild after you break them down at the gym.

Yeah, if you work all muscles each time you go to the gym......
If you split your muscle groups up, work opposing groups every other day (i.e do legs in between biceps and triceps) you can go to the gym every day for maximum gains, if you work 6 groups/day and then have one day of rest a week, then each muscle group has a whole week to recover.

I presume this is what he is doing, otherwise he's an idiot.
 
True, but the way he emphasised hitting the weights hard gives me the impression that it's an overall workout. Even so, it's good to leave a day between muscle groups anyway as you're inadvertently and indirectly using them doing procedures for groups different to other days.

Exactly. Testosterone is great and all, but self-control is kinda important too :rolleyes:
 
Or, he did kind of say it the beginning of the thread, but maybe against his own record of events perhaps he is taking Steroids. That does **** up your attitude.
 
It's those damn supplements, stop taking them. Honestly, I've got a teacher who researched the stuff and he came to the conclusion that those supplements act like steroids. In other words, they're f*cking with your mood. You don;t need that shit to get big, just eat right and work out plenty, but also remember to rest a lot. Don;t be a dumbass meathead about the whole thing.

None of the mentioned supplements act like steroids, they are just nutritional supplements and not hormones.
Anabolic steroids are "fake" testosterone like chemicals, act in very simmilar ways.
Eating right and working out plenty increases your testosterone, as do several other activities.

Whey protein and creatine are almost vital to get really muscular.
If you have got a wallet the size of my dick, then fine get your protein from fresh fish and turkey rather than whey....whey is a much cheaper way of getting protein.
Creatine is also naturally found in meats, it's a natural compound found in muscles that provides the transit of energy so they can function.....it really does help with body building, if he didn't supplement that it would mean he would have to eat about 20Kg of red meat a day, which i'm sure would be great for his arteries.
 
well in my opinion its the creatine,I take whey protein and creatine,and when I take 5 instead of my usual 3 creatine pills before my workout im unusually agressive. But that could also just be that creatine makes my workouts 10x more effective,and its just the rush of a great workout that turns us into madmen lol

Like i said it's the energy transit system, you'll find you have more power in your workouts.
There are quite a few amino acids that will make you a psycho whilst working out, try some taurine and see how you get along.
 
I was aiming more towards "Why is my body reacting this way now, instead of previously?" Summertime i was just as physically fit and heavy. Haha, maybe i am a late bloomer.

I most certainly hope not! Im only 160, aiming for 170. I think thats reasonable for being 6'2.

Lol, i'm a touch shorter than you and i'm 209 lbs.
I've still got to swap some fat for muscle. :o

That's what i'd preferably use but seeing as i work with both i'll do whatever everyone else is using so they don't have to do a conversion.

I have to admit i usually measure a person in feet an inches though, i guess it's kinda like measuring horses in hands though.

Whoa... Gym everyday?
Ten pushups and I can't move my arms, no matter how hard I try. They just become like spaghetti noodles. Then they hurt like hell for the next week, they are hard to use.

I'm too burnt out to fight right after I lift. I usually go home and eat a pizza.
