What's the best ATI driver?

There's currently a lot of drivers on the internet for ATI cards, some of which you guys says it scewed up your PCs, or it gives you bad FPS or it's the best thing in the world since the invention of the Duct-tape. (Beta 4.12, 4.11, 4.10, Omega drivers, and so on.) So, with my system, which driver you guys would recommend?

Athlon 1700+
Radeon AIW 9800 Pro 128 Mb
512 Mb RAM

Beta 4.12 is apparently best for HL2. I had a 10 fps increase with them in the VST.

I'm using the latest Omegas and I get about 20-40 FPS with high visual quality in CS:S with my 2100+ and 9800 Pro.
