... and you came out feeling like you'd gotten your money's worth? I mean most of the time I leave the cinema thinking "man, that sucked". Very rarley do I leave thinking "what a cool movie", Infact I've probably seen a hand full of cool movies at the cinema in the last 4 years.

The last decent one for me was Batman Begins.

Batman Begins for me aswell. Bourne Supremacy was probably the other movie I really enjoyed before Batman Begins.

Cinderella Man, I saw it for free, but it was still good.

ummm I think it was the Hitch Hikers Guide To The Galaxy.

Iam going to go and see a heap of movies over the hoildays.

Last one was Batman Begins, I'm planning on seeing War of the Worlds on the 29th here.

lol. At Batman Begins last night the cinema was pretty much full when me and 5 mates turned up, so we really didn't have much choice where to sit and we ended up sitting on a row (with me at the end) sat next to this one grown man who'd gone to th cinema on his own lol... he looked miserable as **** and I felt well sorry for him.

Star wars episode III and all the Lord of the rings films, and the last harry potter films. All the others where good but not worth going down to the movies to see.

Honestly it's been so long since I went to a movie that I can't even name the last movie I saw in the theater. I started boycotting the theaters and more importantly Hollywood a little over three years ago. I'll never go back. I don't even buy or rent dvd's anymore. I wait for things to come to the movie channels and end up disliking pretty much everything anyway so I guess in retrospect it's good I don't see them in the theaters.

Star Wars Episode 3 and The Amityville Horror, even if i did have to sleep with the light on that night :(.

Kingdom of Heaven was last film i left thinking it was still a cool film

Batman Begins without question. So far the only good movies this year have been:

Sin City
Batman Begins
Cinderalla Man

And Land of the Dead tonight.

Sin City.
Loved it so much that I immediately went and saw it again.

I've been very good at picking movies to see at the cinema. Everyone I've been to for the last year or two have been worth my money.

Batman Begins
Star Wars: Episode III
Sin City
National Treasure
Limony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events
Team America: World Police
The Incredibles
The Bourne Supremacy
...

None of them have been duds, and each entertained me in their own way. In fact the last movie dud that I saw in theatres was Garfield, and that was because Shrek 2 was sold out, so we went to see that while we waited for the next showtime. :p

Batman Begins was last. Seeing Land of the Dead tmr.

Batman Begins. Good movie.

Before that it was Star Wars Ep. 3 the day it came out.

Now I gotta see War of the Worlds and Sin City (not out yet over here).

Star Wars episode 3, too busy to do anything lately

Honestly I felt a little disapointed in Batman Begins. It was a great movie, but I had just expected a little more...

Anyways
Mr. and Mrs. Smith
Sin City

Well I just saw Cinderella Man today, so....Cinderella Man.

Star Wars Episode 3.

HUGE auditorium with booming sound. It was awesome.

Star Wars Episode III.

Very rare I get to the cinema, would like to see both Batman Begins and Land Of The Dead though.

Mr and Mrs Smith yester...
Tuesday I'm watching War of the Worlds at 00:00

Lord of the Rings: Return of the King

Can't see the point in going to theatres anymore, it's not worth spending 20 bucks for a movie ticket and severely over-priced food.

Batman Begins.

And $20 for a movie ticket? i hope that isn't US dollars as that is a rip off.

No, $20 (Canadian) for the ticket AND food. Although the prices might be different now, it once costed 11 or 12 dollars for a ticket at SilverCity, then they dropped it down to like 8 or 9, but it might be up again, I dunno. And the food is just rediculously overpriced ($3.00 for a 600ml bottle of Pepsi if you get it from the vending machine in there). So, that's why I don't go to cinemas anymore. :p Unless it's something I really want to see. Otherwise I'll just wait till it comes out on DVD.

Is it really so important to eat/drink during a movie anyway? Generally movies last a little under 2 hours, surely you can go without food or drink for that time...

Cinema's are normally near other fast food places or whatever, so you could buy the drinks from there.

I just got back from Star Wars Episode III. I seriously think it was the best of the three new ones.

Star Wars episode 3 and Million dollar baby. Those were also the only two movies I have seen in theater recently. ;(

Batman Begins. going to see War of the Worlds and a few others tomorrow or this weekend hopefully.
