Whats wrong with this picture

I recently reinstalled my computer and installed HL2 from a back-up. Now there seems something wrong. I already verified the steam files but the problem wont go away.

So... what is the problem? There is nothing that immediately stands out as being wrong in your ss. Why didn't you just say what your problem is, instead of making it a hassle to help you?

i had a problem like that once in another part of water hazard but alls i had to do was restart hl2 ... or maybe i reinstalled it cant remember

Did you install the drivers for your video card?
