What is you favorite chapter in Half Life 2? Mine is Definately Chapter 1, it jus gets me inthe mood and gets me right int othe game.

I have to say Water Hazard. Music, zooming on the boat, dodging fire, going through little buildings to open a gate or something. It had so much fun stuff in it. Plus, I like the atmosphere of the beginning chapters, going through city terrain and small outposts that refugees have hid in.

Just the overwhelming power and destruction the antlions do, watching Combine fight to the death against the hordes...

I will say Ravenholm.
Killing zomies with all the traps out there was just so fun. I never wanted that chapter to end, and espesially fighting zombies in the gravjard was awsome.

Oh yea, i remember that part, it was REALLY fun.

Easily "Nova Prospekt", especially at the beginning when you enter the prison and the music starts. So damn beautiful. And the background sounds are really nice. Hearing Combines being ripped apart by the Antlions can't get any better. :E

Second it would probably be "Ravenholm", no chapter like this capture the tension you feel when walking in a dead, dark alley and hearing the breath of a zombie trying to claw you in the back and rip off your head. And don't get me started at the end of the chapter, when you walk out from the mining cave and that awesome music starts. I love you Valve.

On the third place it's "Sandtraps", the fighting on the beach is probably the best area in this chapter. And this is the first time you get to use the Antlions at your disposal. Isn’t that great, huh?

Yea, Noval Prospect was a great beutiful leavel. The music was great! And in the 1st chapter you just get the feeling of the game. And right away they give you a puzzle.

don't remember which chapter it is, but i really enjoy the entire time from when you first gain control of a squad of rebels until the beginning of our benefactors, where barny says that hilarious line. Also, the sequence with anihilating guards with the super grav gun is a riot.

I'm tied with anticitizen for action and highway 17 for adventureous feeling/ scenery

Highway 17 is cool and all, but for me, the buggy got old after while. I start driving, "Ok, is this where I drop it off?" and over the hill I see some sheds and a building garrisoned by Combine; "Ugghh...".
