Great Medals, hard-earned ribbons, badges which youve finally got, the rankup youve been working towards for ages, or just an excellent round...Whats the greatest Achievement youve ever done in Battlefield 2?

Mine is my one and only expert badge, expert First Aid. Took a bunch of rounds to get, and I also ranked up to First Sarge when I was trying to get it. :)
 
Oh man, I don't even know. Probably just that I'm about to achieve First Sergeant (only 1400 points to go, and I have all the basic badges :D).
 
How did you get your expert badge CJD? I takes 25 heals, it usually takes 5-6 to be in the top scores so it's close to impossible in normal conditions.

On Karkand, as USMC, we had taken all the flags on the left side of the river, it was a stalemate, there were so many snipers on both sides, I ran around healing the snipers that had almost got killed by M95s, as well as healing the people trying to assault the other bank.

Eventually got 26 heals :)

It was on a full server too...so I was lucky so many people were being hurt
 
I am probably most proud of my Expert Anti-Tank...because that means I'm an expert in it.
 
Mine would be expert knife. At least my heart was pounding like never before while playing BF2 when I was chasing my last kill. :smoking:

when i was going for purple heart (yes i was going for it) i got five kills easy then pulled out my knife and charged at tanks :p

was quite amusing... trying to destroy a tank with a knife :)

Speaking of knives, knifing you twice yesterday was quite an achievement I was proud of :p

And getting killed by you was a great honor. And I killed you a few times with my tank. :E
 
Man, it would be so great if you could destroy tanks by knifing them. I would have so much respect for Dice for putting in the best easter egg EVER.

I c4'd myself at spawn. That way the other people couldn't get points off me :p I was just horribly negative.
 
Having a KD ratio of 32-0 in a round with the L85. It was 16 player Dalian, and I was on the roof of a building, and they literally had no idea how to snipe. My commander kept dropping resupplies on me, and they kept trying to shell me with artillery, but I always moved out of the way in time. Eventually I was killed, but I couldn't stop laughing.
 
I had a moment like that. It was also on Dalian, and I was PLA, hiding in a rock outcrop on the top of that incline on the way out of the uncappable spawn, with an L85A1. I just sniped down at the base below-must've gotten like 20 kills.
 
SpecOps Veteran Badge. Got it without even trying but it was an amazing round.

Few good moments, getting my basic and veteran pistol combat in one round, veteran anti-tank (not had game long but most played class), and my first gold star was a real heroes game!

My favourite moment was when i unlocked the better sniper rifle. An attack chopper flew over, i randomly shot, took out the pilot, and the thing went down, killing the gunner too. Total luck, totally amazingly awesome. I'll never do it again :)
 
Ah, I love helo kills with the M95. I managed to get one from like 250 meters in Sharqi... amazing.
 
Most of my 'amazing moments' are usually negative ;( I mean the most shocking moment for me was when an enemy pilot fired machine gun and managed to kill me (not the jet) in the first few shots, I died and the plane crashed killing the co-pilot... :|

Personally killing friends / anyone you know are the most amazing moments. :)
 
yea, most of the moments that make me go 'wow' are when i get totally raped. You know what i'm talking about, you get killed, so you spawn again, only to immediately have a car drive over you, so you respawn again only to be immediately killed by artillery, so you change bases, and spawn only to be randomly grenaded to death immediately.
 
My favourite moments are when you can coordinate so perfectly so that you and you squad mates rape another enemy squad from every direction at once. Ah yes... good times...
 
I just got me a great laugh..I find it quite the accidental achievement. It was Zatar waterlands, and I was rushing the USMCs Center flag so I could hopefully take the flag or gank the chopper from them. I get up there, the chopper spawned, 2 guys got in. I charged at them, unleashed a rocket, hit it perfect, so both the guys died in it, leaving the copper empty. I got in and took off. It was hillarious..I bet they were pissed.
 
so many great moments not measured by medals or stats...
the very first round on karkand in last sundays clan match was awesome - a 6 man squad of death - me, amish, hectic glenn, jnightshade and others now forgotten
 
Sniping from rooftop for an entire round, out in the open, and never getting shot at or noticed by anyone, even though I picked off about 12 or 13 people. Oh, it was on Gulf of Oman on top of the big warehouse building. I even killed the same people a couple different times and they never figured out where I was. And normally, I hate sniping, but that was damn fun. I was really hoping someone would kill me, but they never did.
 
I don't feel like making a thread, so I'll throw this here.

I was going through BF2s compare with me and Jimbo, since we are the 2 highest ranks on the forum, and and I was looking at best round, but somehow, hi's best round is higher than mine for USMC, but for the maps, mine are all higher.

GAAH I get it, Mashturd city, we both had 177, it just for some reason, didn't put it as both of us as winning, but he won it.
 
I was ontop a building, sniping people who just stopped in a middle of a road in Strike at Karkland.

I dunno, I guess my greatest achievement is taking down a helicopter with a M95.
 
Rigged a buggy with C4, and then took out a convoy of 2 APC's(Or whatever they are) and a tank with about 6-10 people that were coming to take one of our last flags.
 
Can't really think of my greatest, but having just shot and killed a jet pilot as a helo gunner felt pretty satisfying :)
