Whats your main form of exercise?

sex is very good cardio, and a full-body workout. plus its actually the only fun form of exercise i can think of.

Ayways, is there a difference in recreational and professional gymnastics? In terms of what they teach you.
 
I do Tang Soo Do 3 times a week. It's kind of like Tae Kwon Do, but with some more emphasis on arm and hand techniques. It's great fun, I love it

Routine #2:

Dead lifts, Bar curl, Seated bench, Military press, Cable deltoid, Calves, Seated Row, Triceps, Side abs


Routine #3.

1hr running.



Day one: Routine 1
Day Two: Routine 2
Day three: Routine 1
Day four: Running
Day five: off
Day six: Routine 2
Day seven: Routine 1
Day eight Routine 2
Day nine: running
Day ten: off.

Clawing is not a crazy girl thing. Unless its more than just lightly digging or less than gently scraping their fingernails up and down your back. If you start to bleed or lose skin in the process, then it's excessive! :-P
 
I ref hockey, so...that's my only form of exercise right now.
 
not enought exercise at the moment...Mostly compised of walking, walking from pub to pub, lifting pints, more walking, the occasional trip to the gym and more walking...
 
I swim, go to the Gym , do weights, play diff sports Every working day of the week (Mon - Fri), then on the weekend, jus chill out have a few cans of beer and have fun! :D

Cycle to pool, swim, then cycle to college everyday in the morning, its about 5 miles. Keeps me ticking over :bounce:
 
Going to gym. Takes a 10 km jogging tour once in a while(not too often).
 
I go to the gym 5 times a week.

Monday - Weight training for legs and abs
Tuesday - Weight training for chest, shoulders and triceps
Wednesday - 45minutes playing Squash with my boss
Thursday - Weight training for my Biceps and Back
Friday - 1 hour of cardio and also working out my abs.

I walk, everywhere or ride..
I do wieghts and pushups/situps (kinder left that in the dark atm)..
I run.. well usually just when i need to piss really bad or in case i have a deadline..
I ride my bike.. but more for stunts..
I swim.. around..
I've only caught a bus once of twice..
If i dont exercise during the day i get bored..
I can't remember anymore
 
Work is exercise enough for me. I work as an assistant caretaker/groundskeeper at a community center, and I'm on my feet all day. Shovelling snow, cleaning the ice rinks, cleaning the inside of the building, setting up for functions (dances, socials, wedding receptions, parties, etc.) etc etc. Very physically demanding job but I'm glad I took it, as I've lost 25 pounds since I started 7 months ago. :p

I'm on the water rowing 5 mornings a week at 5:20 am. Then every afernoon except for Sunday is weights or interval pieces. yay me, i get to miss reading week to keep training on the water.

I like to cartwheel around my house, my mother gets angry if I kick her in the face, but it's the only exercise I like doing.
