When will Valve turn on VAC?!?

It's been posted at Rage3d that the warez version can play online now. We've known CS:Source warez can as well...

It's possibly a tactic. Get them addicted first. Sounds a bit odd to me, but other games (UT200x for example) did the same thing.

Alternatively, they're using this time to see how and what people are cheating with, and developing VAC further.

Can they already play HL2DM online? But yeah, VAC will sort it out hopefully, I mean, how many illegal players were there with CS1.6? Never heard of one.

in this respect Source/Steam is much worse than HL1/WON

at least in HL1, people HAD to pay for the game to get a legit CD Keyto play online.

nowadays it seems with steam that you can play online without a legit cd key!
