Where are the 9700Pro Benchmarks?

I've seen benchmarks for 9600, GeForceFX 5200, and even the GeForce 4 Ti. Why aren't there any Radeon 9700 Pro benchmarks on any of these tech websites?

I was interested in learning how the 9700 performs against the 9600 and 9800, and why the 9700 is seemingly ignored by Valve, who seem to favor the 9600. Then, I noticed that ATI has released Linux drivers for most of their 9x00 models, including the 9600 and 9800, so now I couldn't care less. I'm probably going to wait for their next model, and then buy the 9800 after the price goes down.

9700 is the older model. But if you want a comparison, the 9700 Pro nearly messure up to the 9800 Pro, within +-10 fps (sometimes +-5, sometimes on the spot). I cant remember the HL2 benchmarks that tested it though... I'll try to find it.

I would rather see 9700np benchmarks, should be somewhere inbetween 9600 pro and 9800 pro.

Yes, I had the same thoughts but I still want to see some benchmarks. Just becuase the 9600 is newer doesn't mean its more powerful. Heck the 9500 beats it.

cool, I saw my 9600pro done well , even outperformed a 5900 in some areas!!

Scudded an ati 9500pro is better than a 9600, so expect better
