Where can I find these three places ? In Which level of episode 2 ?

I am fairly certain that the the bridge is just the place we start at, from a different perspective.

This and this were likely early locations at White Forest that got redesigned and/or cut.

Those are all pre-release screenshots, and thus not in the actual game.

They don't exist. Clear your mind of these screenshots.
