where did rogue threat go?

In the comment thread on the news some guys were saying that the mod stole other mods' work, or something like that. Maybe that has something to do with the missing news post?

Odd... I'm from Rogue Threat and really can't see why they would take us off again.
About the whole stolen work thing, it’s a vast misconception and apparently some people jumped on it real quick. We did not steal anyone’s work and its really a shame that we were accused of it. What happened was that an art fellow donated some promotional artwork to us to use on the site as media. However we did not know that one of his images he donated was an edited version of some one else’s work, some forum members notified us of this and I have taken the images off. To avoid any problems I took off all his media but I can't understand why we were taken off again.
Oh well, as long as everything is understood.
By the way, thanks for all the great feedback guys.

You should PM one of the HL2.NET staff guys and tell them what happened. Your mod deserves to be frontpage news.

I think the repost was done by a different Staffer to the first one. BTW, I believe the art guy turned up in the newspost over at HLFallout. He seemed pretty pissed that the Rogue Threat team had removed the watermarks from his art, and possibly not even given him any credit for them.

My opinion at the moment? I think this mod has potential, but take away the "donated art" and things do look very bare. Most of the concept work is... well, I couldn't churn out any better, but next to the stuff of serious mods it looks like it may as well have been drawn in Crayon and signed "Jake, Class 3". Then they've got a very professional looking website, but its all very much a "I'll believe it when I see it" mod that hasn't proved itself at all.
