u need ati and or cz, then u can preload it, and it is unlocking today, y didnt u bother reading other threads?

Yeah, you need CZ or ATi HL2 Voucher Coupon, and had to have it installed before the preload started.

By the way, time, weren't you flaming me earlier for me telling people they should read other threads before starting a new one? Or am I thinking of someone else.....?
