Where do I get textures and models?

Well i looked over internet for Half-Life 1 textures and models, but i haven't found anything good. Could u give me some links ?

PS.: I need textures for making this house http://www.mudlark.co.uk/images/modernhouse.jpg and I need normal door textures.
