Where does Gordon.....

Alyx: 'Hey Gordon, how about a shower together?'
:: flashlight comes on ::

They Had enogh time for a quick shower and a change of clothes after the roket was launched. And Alyx clothes are not only dirty and smelly but bloody too. Now I could take dirty clothes if I was in a situation like theres. But if I had time for a quick change I'de take it cause I'm not going to run around with clothes that have my own blood on them.

Except they are really in a hurry and must get to the Arctic before the combine. Plus i don't think Alyx suits rebel clothes.

I'd like me some of those cloth and hair physics they keep promising in Left 4 Dead interviews.

she'll definitely be wearing some kind of arctic clothes in ep3 imo.

I hate seeing characters wering the same frikin thing in every game it severly hurts the realizm of the Half-Life world.

Um... no it doesn't... it just makes you realise how smelly they'd be.

It wasn't that long between HL2 and Episode 2.
And the clothes had definitely been changed since HL1

You can't easily change your clothes in a dystopian environment

I wonder where she got clothes like that in the first place.

You can tell she's a major character because she's dressed different.

Download the Alyx nude mod, problem solved. No annoying clothes.

They are stored externally. There are several specific points on the outer shell of the suit which have the capability to magnetically lock a metal object onto it, which will remain there until a sufficient amount of force is applied to release it. While the object is attached, the internal computer will run a scan on the object and cross reference it with a database on various tools and modern firearms, and identify it on the heads up display this way. If it does not find a match on either, it will not display a proper result, or in the case of a firearm, simply list it's caliber and identify what it would best appear to be to the computer.

Actually, I don't know, but they go somewhere.
Sufficient amount of force...

That would explain how Gordon loses all of his weapons in between Episodes. I think both the explosion at the top of the Citadel and the train wreck count as sufficient amounts of force. :p

pistolero! was right... he has a storage container... I remember it from Xen. Logic. Either that or his pants are huge lol. But I don't think that he is wearing those on his back. They are probably attached somehow to the HEV Suit.

I just want to know how there are only those 11 weapons in the whole game. There must be different weapons. But at the same time if you think about it the combine did destroy all military in the seven hour war. Hmmm....

:D Gordon straps the shotgun, rpg and the ar2 onto his back; the crossbow, gravity guns, grenades and smg are on his waist and the crowbar, .357, and pistol are strapped to his legs.

Must be heavy!

Some people think that Gordon has only one bar. Crowbar. But actually, he has two. SPACEbar and Crowbar.

You didn't think of that?
Gosh, you're a retard.

Um... you didn't... yes... you did

/facepalm

I've got a better idea.

Alyx: "Hey (insert your name here), how about a shower together?"
::flashlight comes on::

This is why Homo Sapiens Sapiens are the dominant species on this planet. Our ability to adapt and change our ideas, which allows us to find new and exciting ways to solve some of life's most basic problems. Like getting Alyx nekkid.

.....

This is the best thread ever made.

You know I was the one who started the Alyx part of this thread. Look around.
