please, i have a strange urge to find out more! all i know is that a fire chief by the name of jospeh "bum" farto was convicted of dealing cocaine, and totally dissapeared in key west in the 70's. and theres a funny t shirt about him. i cant seem to find any more info on him. does anyone know ANYTHING about the elusive bum farto? do tell please, as google hasnt turned up much, other than some truly disgusting accounts of gay sex in key west. thanks
