Where to buy the Collector's Edition in UK?

I apologise if it is asked before. Is there any website for UK, where I can buy the collector's edition. It was listed for few days on amazon.co.uk but now it is removed. Thanks.

I saw that on Amazon too it was only £36 and then it disappeared but I found wlse where too:

at CD-wow but their website is running a bit slow.

Nice find on the cd-wow one. Thats a really good price, but they have the release date as Monday 29 Nov. I wonder if this will be the release date for the Collectors edition from most shops
