Don't think that Surrey represents Canada. It's the asshole of BC. South Surrey is beach and retired people, but Surrey Surrey is car theft capitol of North America. Vancouver is much nicer. Go to Stanley Park and Lighthouse park. Stop at the Amsterdam cafe and buy some weed. Eat lots of cheap sushi.
