I mean, he showed virtually no interest in stopping it, for the most part.

800,000 people killed in a hundred days, or in more detailed terms 334 murders per hour, and about 6 murders per minute

To play devil's advocate, Clinton did do pretty swell in the Balkans, one of the few things I'd high five him for. Can't guarantee a Republican president would've done much either. While it's the right thing to do we're not really legally obligated to either way. (I would've done it, but just saying.)

I feel every country has an obligation to step in when something so atrocious as genocide is going on. Can't just sit by and do nothing.

I'd have supported going into Sudan but I doubt he'd have been able to get the necessary congressional support to do so.

why would you pin it on clinton alone? do you think bush would have gone? (if you even have to stop and think about you're lying to yourself) ..regardless of who was in office the US didnt send troops

Anywho, if you want to pick on Clinton for fudging Rwanda, Bush recently did nothing in Sudan.
They both messed up in that respect, but to the same extent, Clinton succeeded in the Balkans while Bush gave the world this Iraq war.

So obviously I'm going to put Clinton ahead, comparatively.

Last time I checked, since Nagasaki there has been no nuclear weapons dropped on a city. Due to the fact that we remember what was unleashed with that bomb, it has deterred nuclear war AND large scale conflict between superpowers for the past 60 years. If we(the world) were to follow your view of the disregard of history, we would have a real life Fallout by the 70's.
