Which 360 games should I buy?

Im about to buy a 360, and would like to get a few games to go with it. Im probably gonna lay off alot of the full-priced games, and try and spend a maximum of 35gbp on each.

I've had a look around and have seen some pretty tempting prices, but just wondering whether any of you have any suggestions.

A few that i've seen:

Forza 2 'Classic'
Halo 3
Lost Planet: Extreme Condition - Colonies Ed. 'Classic'
Far Cry Instincts: Predator
Crackdown 'Classic'
Dead Rising 'Classic'
om Clancy's Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter 2

My PC runs Cod4 like crap, but I dont think its worth re-buying for HD graphics.
