If they are not Houndeyes (although I still think the idea has credence), I would like to see an old Xen creature assimilated just for a before/after comparison in order to see the extent of Combine alteration.

True. It's more fun to run away from it and go to the air strike target designator. I always get an adrenaline rush when I run with that thing after me .
