The Prequel Trilogy movies aren't as good as the Original movies, but the saber fights in Ep.1 & Ep.2 have the best saber fights. They were fast-paste and had the coolest techniques and were 3 times better in terms of EVERYTHING!

The new films are ok, and Episode 2 is alright so long as you dont compare them to the originals.

If Lucas used the fantastic fight scenes from the prequels and combined that with the Original trilogy, now that would be something to see

I think that they should of uncensored the violence, blood, torturous scream, and it would be a realistic futuristic setting. Finally they are bringing a game out that has proper violence (Republic Commandos)

Episode 1 bothers me, Episode 2 recaptures a lot of the magic, and the original trilogy are a benchmark for Sci-Fi.
I swear to God though, something about that little kid in Ep1 drives me up the wall. :rolling:

Empire all the way. I can't get over the crappy special effects in Episode 4, and Jedi is nothing but a bunch of ****ing muppets. I barely even consider the prequels to be Star Wars.

I eventually chose the Empire Strikes Back. The prequels are OK, but the originals are just better, story-wise. Ewoks were a big mistake tho.

5 was the most...adult one of them all. 6 was where it all started to go downhill, towards the more kiddie crowd. I think 5 was the best because the good guys lost and everything went wrong, which makes for a bad movie but a good middle to a trilogy.

5 is the best
6 is really close, close enough I probably would have a hard time choosing which to watch.
4 is a classic even more than all of the originals but just isn't quite as entertaining.
Episodes 1 and 2 were good (2 being better) but obviously just weren't the same. I liked them anyhow. Epsiode 1 did have too many annoying parts but small enough I could over look them for the overall movie.

the first time i see a movie i just sit back and enjoy it- the second time i see it i usuaully criticize it and note its faults mentally- unless its a really crap film...

i prefer the 5th one too- as it is darker, more adult and ends with the classic line. i know its a cliche, but i would have loved to have been a teenager when the movie first came out and have seen the huge secret for myself... nowerdays a child will have heard the phrase a million times before he even realises SW exists...

So we should all never speak that famous line again... then there will be no spoilers for the next generation!

Empire was the best. It took the best elements of the first film and wrapped them up into a much darker film! And the AT-AT Hoth assault is my favourite scene from all the originals.

Return of the F***ing Jedi. I mean cmon the final battle sequence is just classic, you've got the space battle, the ground battle and the Jedi battle! The Battle of Endor was the battle that made me fall in love with the Rebel spaceships, I mean they are all just so badass, that Naboo fighter shit is nothing compared to those ships, I mean they all just look like they've been to hell and back. I seriously love that movie. As for the Prequels, Phantom Menace sucked. Attack of the Clones was an improvement. If they can improve the third one as much as they did the second we could just have a decent movie.
