White lines / Pipelines

This is an odd error and I have been looking all over for a place to fix it. I know some people are having similar problems, but noone seems to have a fix. any ideas?
Processers: Dule Pentuim 3 1000mhz
RAM: 1 gb ddr
GFX: Nvidia Geforce2mx/mx 400

not the BEST stats, but it should run this just fine right?

The textures that have errors are the SAME textures, not varieing ones. also in the Console i get odd errors about the textures too.

Need additional info? please post!

Did this work? also, i dont think im overheating, i checked that out, Plus my case has ALOT of fans in it. Maby post my drivers?

Ok, ran that and nothing seemed to happen.
I checked "Moniter" and apparently it was/is only 95% Downloaded. ( did the lil prog tell it HEY STEAM, you missed some? ) ill post tomarrow as to if this fiexed it or not.
