I didn't really want to get into the whole analyzing of the whiteboard, but I found something I have to share.

I think it says Disc-Go-Tech.

I will be going to E3 and I get several media e-mails about the events and exhibits that will be there. I got an e-mail saying this:

The company in the background of the entertainment industry, Disc-Go-Tech, is quickly gaining ground on one of the largest problems facing the industry – the easily damaged digital disc. Offering a powerful tool to combat the financial loss incurred by scratched discs, the Disc-Go-Mech by Disc Go Technologies is the weapon of choice for the game industry.

Over the past year the entertainment industry has continued to see the takeover of the digital disc as the leading format, and its rapid rise shows no sign of slowing down. The investment in this medium can be protected, as its major vulnerability – scratch damage – can be solved in 94% of cases.

Launched at E3 only one year ago, the Disc-Go-Mech is opening new avenues for game companies in terms of revenue streams and inventory protection. Firms at every level of the industry chain are reaping the benefits including returning damaged games to shelves, providing playability guarantees, and offering quality used games for sale to the public.

No new entrant to disc repair, Disc-Go-Tech has been perfecting the process since 1996, producing the world’s first fully automated commercial disc repair machine in 2001. Since the official launch at E3 last May, 16 Disc-Go-Mech’s have been put into action in Europe and North America - each capable of repairing over 500,000 discs per year with unprecedented speed.

This year, the Disc-Go-Mech will take center-stage as disc repair moves to the forefront. In the years to come, the continued growth of the digital disc will ever increase the role that disc repair plays. A source of competitive advantage in a rapidly developing industry, you may be surprised at who is fixing discs…

Visit Disc-Go-Tech at the E3 May 12-14th in Kentia Hall at booth #7504 and see the Disc-Go-Mech in action. For more information or to download an online media kit, visit www.discgotech.com.

So there you have it. I know there is no hyphen seen on the whiteboard, but is a whiteboard the place for perfect grammar?

 Is this a joke? The board says "Start Discretionary Acting Anims"

EDIT: Hey, but make sure to take pictures at E3 and write the whole event up for us. :) And smuggle a vidcam into the HL2 presentation. Is anyone else going to E3 from this community?

Yes the white board incident has been solved, it said:

'Start discussion about this pointless topic again'

Well, I think we're all a little "meh" about this topic because, if you had read oh, half of the last page of the whiteboard thread before posting this, you'd of seen the answer.

Heh, your the one who just took the time to write an essay about a word seen on a whiteboard. We can't help it if it was solved like 2 days ago, and the last half of the last thread on the subject was just about people still guessing and other people continually telling them it was already solved.

But thanks for writing it cause it was pretty funny.

Puh-lease

Thats like going on Television to tell people to stop watching Television

Hypocrite

Yeah, probably would have been nicer if I had just looked up what it said and told you. But I dunno, I just could not be arsed at that particular moment in time.

Sorry..

Sorry I don't keep up to date on everything.

"Who wants to tell him"

"Sigh. Sigh, sigh, sigh."

"Start discussion about this pointless topic again"

If you wouldn't say it in person, don't say it online.

Whatever, I know not to post here anymore. You all aren't as bad as those supernerds over at theforce.net

bye

Jeez, taking things a bit seriously aren't we? It was funny. Learn to laugh.

Sorry if you're offended, but it's fair game at this point.

Disc-Go-Tech? Think real hard about it. Why would Valve need disc repair services for discs which haven't been made in the first place? That makes no sense.

Oops, there I go being a "nerd" again.

whatever just forget this post

if you can admins, delete it, dont lock it

get rid of it

Why wouldn't I say that in person? It's not like it's even mildly offensive, you're acting like we're saying we would skullf*ck your mom or something.

Just to point out that while d8cam was in the wrong

its more than likely gonna be one of you who gets a warning if you keep attacking him.. Thats directed at the thread in general not any particular individual :p

sorry d8cam, we love you, come back. You have to tell us all about E3. :D

holy shit you all need to calm the hell down...this guy was just trying to provide an adequate answer to the "whiteboard incident", which I can tell he did his research, and all you gave him nothing but crap... i R teH g0dd!11!1!1oneone!
