Who do u email about SDK not working!!!! MODEL VIEWER STILL CRASHES!!!

Who do u email at Valve about SDK not working?

I STILL cant use the model viewer! I thought with the new updates the stupid thing would work but it doesnt!!!

I start it up and it crashes and i get the typical windows crash box!! :angry:

Heres eactly what goes on:

First who do i contact about SDK Model Viewer not working?

I am trying to use the Model Viewer that came with the SDK package for Half Life 2 but when i open it i see the Model Viewer window then the program crashes:

"hlmv.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Inside the error report it says this:

"AppName: hlmv.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: shaderapidx9.dll
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 0002a7a1"

How do i fix this? I got the most recent upgrade for Steam witht the HL2Dm and all that why wont my Model Viewer work!!

I get the same error too but I am still able to use the model viewer. But it only shows me that error after I close the program when I'm finished with it so I'm not really sure what to tell you, there will probably be an update on steam later on to fix this.

They have to update steam for it to work i guess....so its the waiting game right now.....i can imagine it taking longer than another few hours cause if it does, theres gonna be alot of pissed of kids with acne

Well heres the thing though....

THe model viewer worked for me when i had.....GASPS....the leak.

But now it hasnt worked since you could download SDK whenever that was.

Model Viewer works great for me. No error.

I have had the same problem with Model Viewer and Face Poser.
