Lol, I didn't really care about the stupid cube. No what am I saying, my friend cube was a nice cube. But I mean I didn't really have any regrets. I regretted more destroying the robot in the end, though the robot is kind of alive still.
And it's singing!

I wasn't very bothered. I mean, it was a cube. And the computer was telling me it couldn't speak anyway. I felt sorry for it afterwards, though, when GLaDOS accused me of murdering it.

Yea its rather crazy back there. The way I see it is that we have no idea how long the test subjects have been on their own before being tested, so something like the companion cube might have been enough to send them (further) over the edge.

Is it really possible to hear the cube talk? I thought I actually heard it say something in a video someone posted.

If that cube talked, I would get so freaked out. Even moreso than playing Ravenholm the first time.
It's all:

"I get that a lot.. 'sigh'"
