Who else has a HT system?

I bought (with my own $$$) a $360 Onkyo HT-S760 6.1 Surround Sound home theater system (refurb...$250 + $95 ship).

I'm so excited...I can't wait till it comes. Anyone else here have a Onkyo system? It was so expensive if I bought it from the store...$600. Froogle is j00r friend! :imu:

I have 2 HT system, thou not a pre-made ones.

One is in my living room with 7.1 for DVD playa.

Other is in my room with 5.1 for games playa on mi comp.

I have a creative pc 6.1 system, it's alright but nothing special. I'm on my 3rd sub.

Anyway, I have a 5.1 on my comp. It's only about 90 watts though, but it was $50.. works well for the price :thumbs:

i've got a ht-660s. got it for $360 new, so you got a good price my space doesn't warrant anything more than 5.1, nor does my pocket book :|

my pc is my tv/dvd player too, so i use it for all those purposes, you won't be disappointed, bar-none the best home theatre system in it's price range (and somewhat above the price range too ).

I have a bad ass 6.1 (I dont see a need for 7.1 at this time as no movies support it) system in my living room with a Denon receiver and a pair of IL60 Infinity speakers for the front and 3 other infinity speakers for the center and rear channels and a bose speaker for the rear center, I am too lazy to look up model numbers now but the whole system cost me around 2 grand, I love it. For my computer I have a 5.1 system with a Yamaha receiver and some bose speakers I had left over, this system only cost me around $250 (not including sound card) but it still bumps better than any of those $400 speakers from creative or other companies making weak ass computer speakers.

In my living room I have a ghetto rigged 9.1 surround - 4 front speakers, 4 rear speakers, 1 center, and a sub. It's kinda wacky, and my wiring job is even worse.

I managed to staple the wires across the ceiling so they dont hang down, it's like a spider web, so tacky... but I'm too lazy to do anything about it ;\

I have the Logitech z-640s. Sound sooo much better than the factory computer speakers and only like 70 bux. Might upgrade to the z-680s sometime in the near future if I rack up enough extra cash.

I dont have a HT system yet, but im starting to build one right now. Should buy my amp and speakers (stereo=2) sometime this month. Should be about $1000. The real thing starts when i got my own place!

We have 2 bose 601's for the front left/right, 2 old advent (refomed in the last year), and a bose center. It's really nice, the bose top out at 400 watts I think
