Out of those 2, I'd say Superman. But realistically Sonic is faster than both.

They're both the same as far as max speed goes, but Flash can instantly reach his top speed while Superman needs some momentum, however Superman can fly so in a race Superman would have the advantage as he doesn't need to navigate the ground

Barry Allen Flash was the fastest being alive, moving faster than the speed of light. Wally West wasn't as fast, but he was probably the second fastest Flash, and he can also beat Superman because of the Speed Force.

Stealth edit: I should also say that MOST Flashes or beings who tap into the Speed Force could beat Superman. The Speed Force is the upper limit on how fast you're able to go; it's the source of all speed.
