Combine Assasin?

I have never seen this enemie before, maybe it is the combine assain.

Any Ideas?

Oh, I'm sorry, seeing that you are a bit pi**ed off (which is obvious taking into account your sarcasm) I want to come clean... I really only started this thread to annoy people and to upset them, so I could laugh at them being nice to me and giggle at them politely telling me what the character was. Because I full well knew what the character was, I just wanted to be nasty and pretend I didn't. In fact I wanted people to be snide, malicious and callious. I like people like that... So when you (and many others) replied sarcastically, cleverly seeing through my evil ideals, I decided I would tell the truth. Makes you feel good about human nature doesn't it?

1) There has been a concept of a type of combine troop which has been dubbed bu many 'the combine assasin'

2) We have not seen any screens of it so far, and I did not know what the enemy in the screen was, so I hazarded a guess.
