Who killed who etc. (CSS)

You guys know when someone gets killed,in the upper left corner the weapon and 2 names get shown. for some reason after the last update.I cant see the names anymore,just the weapons.can any help?

Well, the update kinda messed some stuff up with me. I figure just wait it out, since it's not gameplay hindering really.

im not having any problems at all... every thing is there... and i belive that stuff is in the upper right hand corner...

I get this occasionally in dod:s too. Don't know if it will help but on dod:s you press the map key 3 times and it comes back up
