There has been a recent breakout of E Coli of spinach in the USA. http://www.cnn.com/2006/HEALTH/09/15/tainted.spinach.ap/index.html In fact 1 woman has died because of it! :x But who really likes spinach anyways?

GOOD spinach is AWESOME

So you really have to find someone who can cook spinach well to enjoy it. Especially with lots of butter. Yuummm.
