Of course we all remember it.

Share your stories of x-files turning into shit. I was once addicted to this show but then all the characters changed and it became...bad.

It gave me nightmares. All I really remember about the plot is Mulder going "My sister was abducted.." or some shit like that every episode. It got tedious.

My favourite one was the one about luminous bugs that came out of a tree and were scared of light. That one gave me the poops.

I hear there's going to be another movie.

I remember in high school, in 4th year we used to just watch the X-files during English. Toomes ftw.

And we passed. :D

I remember watching the beginning of an episode when I was 10.

A guy in a supermarket got a fork thrown in his eye. He just wandered around with it stuck there. Ya, I had nightmares. D:

Man, I actually just started reading up on the last few seasons a few days ago. I stopped watching when

Mulder got abducted

because it got really, really lame. But yeah, I loved it through my childhood. Time to get some episodes!

Season 1-7 rocked. 8-9 sucked. The series finale was neat, though.

I remember one episode where a doll came alive. I couldn't sleep for weeks after watching that.

I remember that episode. Skully was on vacation. She walked into a supermarket where there was blood everywhere, and they claimed it was the "witch" in town, but it was the doll the daughter had. The doll like this ONE song, and it was at all times. And so Mulder kept calling Skully trying to get her to do the case/let him help, since he was bored and wanted to see her...yeah, good shit.

Written by Stephen King, no less.

I never watched that show. I saw the movie, though.

It's RHYME TIME!

Anybody remember the one with the genetic freaks? It was in season 4 named "Home"? They had one woman in the house and like 3-4 guys. They are all related though because they are gang banging the mom (sister, who knows). D: So the entire "family" has all these genetic disorders and look like the Hunchback of Notre Dame and the mom has no legs or arms. So for some reason they show a gruesome scene in which the mom literally gives birth to another freak on a table. They take the baby and plop it in the muddy soil while it's raining. Then they stab the ground with pitchforks and shovels. They then shove the mom under a bed for use next time! D: Then they find where the family is and they have like a shootout. Reminded me of that movie that was The Hills Have Eyes but much better.

One of my most favorite TV shows ever, I love it. Just started watching Season 6. I love mythological conspiracy episodes with all those Syndicate conspirators and Cigarette Smoking Man, he absolutely rocks. I just want to buy remastered edition of the movie.
Episode Home was pretty hardcore, I still have nightmares about that freaky kid.

Yeah and they found the baby by a kid stepping on it to get ready to bat. D: I still have nightmares though about the sheriff and his wife. *shudder*

From wiki:
["Home"]is the only X-Files episode to garner a TV-MA rating due to references to incest, and was banned from American network television, only re-aired years afterwards late at night on cable TV.
D:

Glad I missed it.

I didnt watched so much episodes and wasnt a fan but sometimes watch it a bit

and you gotta admit, the intro music is creepy,it was one of the most scariest thing in my childhood, and a reason of why I didnt watched the show when I was like 7
