That website reminds me of the time I went on the bumper cars at Six Flags. It wasn't pretty...
 
On the other hand speeding isn't as bad as people make it out to be. Even the name is negative, speed limits are arbitrary and a ploy for the government to earn cash off motorists.

These things don't happen in Britain because we have Manual transmission on 99% of cars. Mr Armless probably wouldn't even get it out of neutral.
 
I have an odd feeling that he may have had both arms when he got into the car.... But either way, it is possible to drive a standard xmission with one arm, if the arm in question is on the correct side.
