That's not just in California though, lots of states have a similar one. Yes, they must be on here at all time too. The reason is, as you said, that it's much easier to spot, even in sunlight. It's also useful to see if a car is parked or just has stopped.Atomi said:The vehicle is much more easily noticed if it has headlights on.
