Why is Steam not starting?!?

i tried opening Steam, and nothing happens. I restarted twice, and still doesnt open! What is wrong?!? And its not my firewall.

I've had that problem, you need to diversify you C:\ block in the BIOS and make sure the prompt isn't opening the kernel until after the autoupdate.ui can run

it's a pretty common issue

JAM = thicker, more viscous. Holds more electrical charge, can put more power into, thus it has a higher clock speed and more RAM.

jam = item for suckers. It's for those who go to ebay to buy a PSP, but come home with a Game Gear.

Heh, I just upgraded my toaster with a load of JAM. It's practically overflowing.

It's got a pretty cool ambient light now, sparks fly out everywhere. Pretty awesome tbh.

Uh, you'll want to look out for overheating. Most toasters end up going that way...

Try right-clicking the app and doing Run As... and log in. Your current windows account should work fine.

No idea why Steam hasn't put this fix on their site yet, works for most people with this problem.
