It turned out that the National Intelligence Service has been doing some very naughty stuff with their toys. They've been tapping cell phones and certain apartments via "listening trucks". Heads have rolled, and a NIS agent hanged himself over the ruckus.

Now 5 months have passed, and everyone forgot about it.

Then I remembered the US wiretapping thing by the CIA, and what happened to that anyway?


I mean, why do people tend to forget even widely public things like these? It made me curious.
