Wikipedia is down?

I get this every time I try to go to wikipedia:

Wikipedia has a problem

Sorry! This site is experiencing technical difficulties.

Try waiting a few minutes and reloading.

(Can't contact the database server: Unknown error (10.0.0.101))

This has been happening every once in a while for some weeks now, but now I can't even accessthe main page. Is this just me?

I only use the english. It got 7 times more articles. It's getting better now but I still get that message 50% of the time.
