Will the Retail Collector's Edition include DOD SOURCE OR NOT??

For some reason, a bizillion people ask Doug Lambardi (sp?) questions per e-mail every day and get answers...except me (I sent the mail out weeks ago). And I didn't think it was that stupid of a question either.

Here it is:

Why is Day of Defeat Source not included in the Collector's Edition, and (assuming that it's because the mod's not finished yet), will owners of the Retail Collector's Edition also get DOD Source once it's released for free or will they have to purchase it seperately?

you'll have to purchase seperately. word is that since dod1 was published by activision, they likely have the rights to dod source, so bundling it with a vivendi-published game would be bad.

Well, there is another possibility. Perhaps it will be available with collector's edition CD keys to download from Steam. Maybe Valve will be giving a portion of their profits from the CEs to Activision. Then again, maybe not. Would be nice to have it cleared up once and for all.

It's not included because it's not finished, unlike CS:S and HL:S.
