Im trying to get CPU (athlon XP2700) to work syncronously with my RAM speed (3200 @400mhz) I have been doing some calulations and thought i might try these settings, but as im a bit of a noob still on this front i just though i'd check with you guys first.

CPU: 280
RATIO: 18.5

BTW Im using an Epox 8k9a mobo.
cheers

Sorry thats 250 CPU

p.s. my core speed is 2170mhz factory default

I'm not sure exactly what numbers you are throwing out there (CPU 250/Ratio 18.5).
If your multiplier is unlocked on your chip then you could set the FSB to 200mhz (400) FSB and the multiplier to 11. That would give you 2.2ghz (2200mhz) clock speed with a 200mhz (400) FSB that would match the 200mhz DDR you are running.
If it runs a bit hot you could use 200mhz(400)FSB and 10.5 multiplier for 2.1ghz (2100mhz) to run in sync.

Are you running an nForce2 board? If you are running a Via based chipset you may run into problems but give it a try.

BTW Lock the AGP at 66mhz.
