Windows XP Question

I lost my Win XP Pro disk and wanted to format or reinstall windows. Is this possible at all or am I screwed (it is currently installed). Thanks for any help if possible.

If you wrote down your Cd-key then your be fine going the warez route, afterall i think you are allowed a backup of the disc. Or call microsoft and see if they give you another key or cd or something if you registered the first one.

(so i dont get banned, these keys etc. are for now obsolete programs)
