I think the gap between their nose and mouth is too big.

Here's a really quick selection I did then dragged it higher:

You get the idea. Also, the chick's cheekbones don't seem to be the same height.

The ear is a bit wonky also. Along with the eyebrows
The faces come out severely flat.
You may want to just start over on the faces...
