So I just started my map and thought I'd share a little. I'm mostly trying to figure out how to create scripted sequences and such that apply to multiplayer now. Anyway:

Here's one of the rooms thats kinda, sorta done. I know it looks empty but it kinda has to be. Can you see that control room structure in the corner?

You can go in there, press a button and the hangers doors open and this guy flies overhead, drops in, lands and drops a crate off with a shotgun. Then he ascends, then flies off while the hanger doors close. Pretty cool I think. The button can be pressed once every 5 minutes. (Too long? Too short?)

The last shot is from the office complex part of the map. It's dark and needs more detail but what the hell, have a look anyway.

Yeah, use imageshack for hosting, it's better :)
 
Looks neat. I've been thinking about how to use scripted things in MP too. Just as long as it dosn't add any lag.
 
Thanks for the feedback. I'm going to be adding more lights and a City 17 backdrop in the future to this particular room.

Anyway, I don't find it lags much fender. The thing with stuff like this is to find a way from keeping players to exploit the situation (such as trying to block the hanger doors so the dropship can't take-off). I think I've got all bases covered on this one though.
 
Updated a little. Added a sun and I'm starting on the C17 backdrop. I'm starting about to start the new areas soon. Guess I'll post the progress of the map on this thread.
