Man, the other day - for some reason - I imagined what it would be like to be eaten alive by wolves. I guess I imagined it really vividly because got I really queasy and almost had to sit down. Just imagine them ripping chunks of you off repeatedly, until you bled out. Getting eaten alive would be pretty painful and scary.

I don't know, can you feel pain when you imagine it? Like when I see someone get hit by a car or get their foot run over, sometimes I cringe, and I can feel some of the pain.

That happens a lot.
Not that you have the nail actually stick out like that, but people who don't wear safety goggles get blinded/eye damage all the time from stuff that ricochets.

I always wear goggles when working with that sort of stuff, even when using exacto knives or carving, and always cut away from yourself. So no knifes get lodged in the eyes.

You can! It's empathy (Of course), and in general it's a good thing to have. We all know about empathy, but some people are so... empathic that their brains make them feel what they (think) others are feeling. Even if they don't want to.

@Tyguy - Every time they played that boiling water one on TV it'd make me cringe. The only thing to ever make me cringe is that boiling water one right there. Then they played it too many times and it just got funny.

When I f*cked up my wrist, the WSIB came in and made my workplace do their shit up right, though. Good company.
