I assume that you are neither COMPLETELY STUPID nor ENTIRELY ILLITERATE. If you are willing to spend a few more seconds to read the article, you will find out that this article agrees with anthropogenic global warming. This BBC article is AGAINST your argument.

p.s. Antarctica is not warming up because the Ozone layer above Antarctica is broken (by men). The lack of Ozone layer provides a cooling effect on the ice mass. Once the Ozone layer is repaired, global warming will also affect Antarctica. Reference Source

Global warming is used primarily as justification for all kinds of statist bullshit, and if you can't see that you're just as much of a moron as people who think that there are terrorists hiding under the bed and detention without trial will keep us safe. So? A bloke explaining it away by calling it a natural variation that temporarily cancels out the warming is not a scientific fact. Some ****ing variation is record-breaking cold weather. In the same way a stock market crash is a blip in a period of unprecedented growth!

So why hasn't the rest of the planet warmed up in the last decade? And how can you claim any kind of global warming effect when we don't even have accurate records of temperature that predate industrialisation anyway?

What possible gain could any large body reap from making the general populous aware of global warming? The only possible thing I can think of is a carbon tax, which is still applicable regardless of the existence of GW. Instead of throwing around 'scare tactics' and 'liberal agenda', give me some solid reasoning here.

to summarise, global warming is bad. everybody start doing something to help slow down/stop it so that we dont have to radically change our way of life in future when were either boiling/freezing/being snowed or rained on continuously.
